night light recommendation?

I am after a good ight light to put in our nursery that gives out enough light so that I can see what I am doing when changing a nappy and breast feeding in the early hours, but dim enough not to blind my little one and stimulate him too much.

Any tried and tested suggestions?

We have one from lakeland called moonlight which gives out a soothing blue light
