Anyone on the dolphin pay as you go tariff with orange?

It says if you top up £30 in a month you get unlimited texts. I topped up £20 and used all my credit up so yesterday I topped up a further £10, however it is still charging me for sending text messages. Is it that the amount I top up this month goes towards how many free texts I get next month, so it's always a month behind iyswim?

I'm not sure what I'm on but if I top up £15 pm on orange, I get 3000 free texts teh following month
