i get mine direct from miele - really quick service

Indith · 06/03/2010 16:36

I got mine form some discount website, if you google a bit there are loads of discount websites. I got proper Miele ones with the filters in bulk for a lot less than JL etc.

I have bought non brand specific ones and have found them to be fine - shall see if I can find where I got them from. TBH, I would be happy to buy the miele ones as they last quite a while.

Joolyjoolyjoo · 06/03/2010 16:44

I get 5 for £5.99 on some site (dustbags??) I just googled hoover bags for Miele Cat and Dog and get these. I think delivery is £2, but 5 lasts for a while.

Seona1973 · 06/03/2010 17:07

kylesmybaby · 06/03/2010 17:59

I don't pay delivery direct from miele

Furball · 06/03/2010 18:14

I've never paid delivery before

but they want it now

PfftTheMagicDragon · 07/03/2010 07:43

I got mine from dustbags - got the MLX3101VP - 20 bags for £20, think I might have bought them from their ebay shop when there was no postage. I bought them when I got the vacuum about 18 months ago and havent bought any more yet.

Millie1 · 16/03/2010 12:53

I've just ordered from Dustbag.co.uk (having not read this thread) thinking they were genuine Miele bags .... and they ain't . Would rather spend my £40 on genuine Miele bags and wouldn't have ordered from Dustbag had I known otherwise ... is it worth returning them? Or will they be okay?

Furball · 16/03/2010 13:13

They'll probably be OK millie. Did they come with replacement filters as well, like miele ones would?

I've decided to buy 2 lots, from Miele, thus being over the postage threshold.

Millie1 · 16/03/2010 13:14

Thanks Furball ... yes they have the replacement filters too. DH told me I'm being ridiculous and they'll be fine ... in one of his no-nonsense voices!!

Kitty86 · 19/01/2011 12:12

I also found this problem when buying new bags for my miele - They were either really expensive or not genuine - How did the bags turn out Millie1? I've just found some non genuine Miele vacuum bags on google and am tempted.

Thanks

castleonthehill · 19/01/2011 12:32

I know people who buy some cheap and the some miele and alternate them so they use the cheap box and then the other as cheap one don't come with filters. They last for ages so I just buy the miele ones.

Which reminds me I should be using mine now

Seona1973 · 19/01/2011 22:20

I got mine from espares - when you buy 2 packs you save up to 25% and they deliver quickly.

Beamur · 19/01/2011 22:24

I've got some non-Miele ones that my Mum picked up for me from a market, they came with filters too and were a princely 5.99 for 5. They seem to do the job just as well.
