Hi ladies

My daughter is 18 months old and i'm desperate to get a new stroller/pushchair. We had a M&P one when she was born and hated it. I've got a cheap and cheerful Bruin £50 job from Toys r Us at the moment but she seems so uncomfortable in it and doesn't seem to be able to sit forward enough. I'm happy to pay about £200 but I need something easy to use, comfortable that sits forward nicely and reclines. doesn't have to be super duper light weight but not like a tank!! I've driven myself bonkers looking. Any suggestions much appreciated. Was almost convinced about the baby Jogger City mini but then saw from a review that it doesn't sit forward very far. HELP!!!!!!!

thanks :-)

I like my Maclaren SLR - my nearly 4 year old can fit in it if need be so is a good size. We have a Maclaren Quest too (more lightweight) for holidays/chucking in the car which is good but smaller.

I've had a Maclaren XT for both kids and its lasted nearly 7 years. It reclines so that they can go to sleep on the move and its really easy to manouver. You can get it for around £150 online try www.maclaren-xt.co.uk. Or if you want a little more comfort go for the XLR www.maclarentechnoxlr.co.uk

Hi,
I adore our BJCM but don't get one if you want an upright sitting position. It isn't as slouchy as some but the design does mean they need to like to lean back a bit in the seat to be comfortable.

It sounds like a decent Maclaren is your best bet. I had the Volo at one point but that doesn't recline and isn't great in lots of ways - many people rave about the XT and XLR on here though.
