mys ds's are both G and I'm afraid that I always buy Clarks - quite often get them from the outlet store though at a discount

Clarks do have some H fifting sandals as do startrite. The only other option I found were the velcro adjustable variety.

the birkis are lovely though my ds2 has some similar to the roma ones that beetroot showed, but they are 'birkis' and have pictures of fish on and his other pair are camofluage (his choice). he has wide feet too and they fir fine as they are adjustable, but they are a similar price to clarks./startrite.

vickiyumyum · 14/07/2005 11:18

the ones my ds has are called aruba!

used to despair at dd1's wide feet..but rejoiced once i realised birkies were perfect for her feet (ie can adjust at front and back for her high instep too)

popsycal · 14/07/2005 13:50

Roma if you want plain colours and birkis if you want a pattern! they are both equally s nice and some lovely colours in the roma ones, but equally nice patterns in birkis.

if they weren't quite so much i would say buy a pair of each!!!

vickiyumyum · 14/07/2005 14:31

oops i mean aruba for patterns!

popsycal · 16/07/2005 14:22

i found several pairs in next that fut great
