ipods again, dammit

okay. so have finally charged ipod xmas present. now what?

like, what's the difference between 1st, 2nd, 3rd & blinking 4th generation?

do i need a case/cover for it?

how can i charge it if i leave the country??

pleaaase help...

i would get a cover for it, to stop the screen getting scratched.

Get a case if you think its gonna get bashed about while you use it

to charge it overseas just get a plug adapter

i assume you have a 3rd or 4th generation. i think it just means they are newer and they have fixed more stuff on them, like the battery.

thanks for replying. i feel like i'm chasing my tail, tho. is an iskin what i should go for? maybe i'm just past it. 42 is probably too old to be mucking about with ipods.
