Personally not a fan of any ornaments, but only because I'm a lazy arse and can't be bothered to dust flat surfaces, let alone ones with fiddly bits on

not my cuppa tea

I have a few of these. I admired them one day in town, DD told DH & I got them for Christmas & Mothers day. I also like Nao/Lladro but Willow tree is much cheaper.

yuck! Sorry!

I knew they were going to be the ones I liked so much, but as Hunkermunker, I'm not a fan of any ornament that may require to extend my cleaning routine. Though, they are so lovely that I even considered them good enough to be used for a gift, the one of the grandmother is just lovely

Chandra · 10/07/2005 22:24

What I like about them is that they look like wood and I collect near wooden toys.

Chandra, LOL at extending my cleaning routine - if you'd posted "starting" it may have been more appropriate for me

Chandra · 10/07/2005 22:43

.... I was ashamed to say "starting" but it's true for myself as well.

i lve these i thnk they are really classic looking and look quite expensive but very reasonable to buy actually.

They make lovely thoughtful gifts too.

I want to collect them but no amount of hinting works with my DH and it feels wrong to buy them for myself i think.

I have this one angel of the garden
I think they are very well made, and it took me ages to decide which of the angels to buy, but as I do voluntary conservation work and quite a bit of gardening it had to be this one really.

I've seen these before. I love the father and daughter one.
