I have one! TBH I'm not going to be much help as I was given it 2nd hand by a friend and I either use one side or the other ie for big or small meals rather than to cook separate things.
I did start a small thread on it, will see if I can find it.

is one half enough to feed an adult and 2 children?

I would think so but don't hold me to it!

I havent got one but did a bit of research because I did at one time fancy getting one. However I discovered that you cannot stop the flavours from intermingling. Condensation collects on the lid and drips into the other side IYSWIM - a disister if you are cooking say curry on one side and rice pudding on the other. But if you are going to use it for cooking two similar flavoured meals ev - a veg curry and a meat curry. Then this should be ok. I ended up getting two small slow cookers instead.

thanks - think i may just buy a standard 1 pot one, make a big batch of veggies stew and then freeze in individual portion and make a fresh meat one for the rest of the family. I don't think i like the idea of the meat dishes mingling with my veggie one.

Now what size do i buy?
