Can anyone please recommend a computer printer that is reasonably priced and the ink cartridges don't cost a arm and a leg! It doesn't need to be "all sing and all dancing" as it's really only to print my dd homework. We nearly bought a wireless printer from curry's before christmas but the ink cartridges would have cost more than the price of the computer!! What a swizz

This seems a good deal and when the cartidges run out ebay always has someone selling compatible ones which seem fine, I usually pick up 8 cartridges for about £10.00

Blowbroth - thank you it looks a really good deal and I hadn't thought of ebay for the cartridges at all!

I always recommend buying laser printers. They don't clog if left unused for a while and the toner cost per page is a lot less than inkjet inks. You can buy a black and white laser printer for less than the cost of some inkjet cartridges.
