Help for choosing a mobie phone... please

Hi, I am looking to buy a new phone, probably on ebay, can you please help me with choosing a good one for either under £100, or between £100-£150. I currently have a sciphone touchscreen one, and it is crap!!! Must change it now....

Must have good camera, Bluetooth, easy texting, so if touchscreen keypad also an advantage, good camera, videoing, and memory.

Please excuse my misprint, I do not speak like a child, do not want a 'mobie' phone but MOBILE phone, I blame my stupid crappy acer laptop for always mucking up my typing - hate it. Made 2 mistakes recently , one with laptop the other with my phone - just want to get it right.

I love my Blackberry 8900, buttons no touch screen. Great for emails on the move - big timesaver for me, easy texts, good camera, bluetooth, no video on this model though. Wouldn't be without it.
