I bought my DD a keyboard (using her birthday money) from the ELC shortly before Christmas and paid on my credit card.
The keyboard is broken in that there is something 'wrong' with the electronics and can't be fixed.
Do you think it would be unreasonable for me to take it back to ELC (I don't have any proof of purchase just the random entry on my cc statement) and ask for a replacmement??
