I have one of these, and my DS is 18 months. About 6 months ago (after 1 year use, obv!) the docking station stopped working - didn't recognise that the monitor was on it. I phoned TT and they sent me a new one. All well.
This weekend, it happened again. This time, I phoned TT and said I wasn't happy - but they said it was out of warranty and it was just bad luck - they will send me another docking unit.
Am I being weird here? I paid (a lot!) for this baby monitor and it has broken in the same way twice; surely this is Not a Good Thing? Surely there's some problem? And AIBU to expect more than 'bad luck, have another docking unit'?
I got annoyed and said 'send me two or three because they'll break' and they said 'ok, we'll send more than one'.
