I can't remember what they're called but Mothercare sell them so look on their site.

knicknack · 09/01/2010 13:19

No really i have heard of a product that does just this they look great apparantly sold in mothercare but i dont want to ask "where do you keep the sockies?" as the response may well be "next to the little shoesies"

They're calle sock-ons. How old is your dc though? When I used them ds2 was almost 12 m and they were too small.

juneybean · 09/01/2010 13:23

Shoes lol?

knicknack · 09/01/2010 13:25

yes! thankyou northernhahaha, ds2 is nearly 5 months and his socks WILL NOT stay on.

Yes, 5m would have been the right time to start . Also, have you tried Gap socks? They're the best ones I've found, esp the terry-lined ones.

mrsjuan · 09/01/2010 13:30

sock ons - but I've found that they go missing (in the wash etc) even more than the socks do so get a couple of pairs.

h&m do good socks as well

or put tights on under his trousers to keep him toasty too!

Northernhahaha · 09/01/2010 13:35

Ooh yes, I used to put ds2's trousers over his sleepsuit and that worked brillianly. People used be be impressed that his socks matched his top

knicknack · 09/01/2010 13:42

ok i have bought 2 pairs from ebay, will also try gap socks as he seems to kick or pull everything else off! In this weather i like to put thick fluffy socks on him but they are the worst for staying put.
