Avent Microwave Steam Steriliser

Anyone have instructions for this? My friend has just had baby no2 and has forgotten how much water you put in it and how long you microwave it for. I had one for DS but have also forgotten. Anyone know? Thanks

It's 200 ml of water, and do it for 2 mins.
