anyone have a fave yoga DVD they really recommend? It just doesn't look like I'll be able to get to classes for a while but I feel the need for something that helps me stretch, relax and revitalise

I have only done pregnancy yoga so far so I think it would have to be a beginners one.

Barbara Curries power packed yoga.

Its good cos it gives you a chance to move on a bit once you get a bit more flexible.

And it has 4 sequences, energy, balance, flexibility and relaxation.

I'd recommend that

can I ask you guys that do Yoga some advice. Its my mother's birthday soon and she has recently started doing Yoga and loves it, so I wanted to get her something she might be able to use in her class. But no idea what is going to be useful.
