Has anyone had experience with this company? I bought a second hand double buggy off someone and it had a bit missing. I contacted the company who advised me that I could order a spare part. I have done this, they have banked my cheque, and I still haven't got my part. They are an internet based company and they say their prefered method of communuication is by email, however, they have not responded to the two emails that I have send them this week to find out what has happened and I cannot find a telephone number for these people.
Does anyone have a phone number for them or have any suggestions, thanks.
