I have one. I was led to believe they are from 6 months.

I love it. In comparison to my old pram, a mamas and papas birth to 4 yrs, the London Winter Stroller is really really light and easily to manouvre.

I put my DD in my stroller when she was 6 months, and tbh, I had to check I had remembered to put her in, because it was so light.

I don't use my mamas and papas at all now.

It has a raincover which is a perfect fit, and a cosy toes.

It does lay back, but not sure it would be suitable from birth.

My only negative is when it is fully reclined, it is very difficult to access the shopping basket underneath.

I would buy one again if I had anymore DC.

I got the Navy one, and wouldn't be without it now. )
