I've been given a voucher for a beauty salon, but not the one i normally use, so don't really want to have the treatments but they have toning tables. Are they any good, do they actually achieve anything, or am i better just going for a long walk!!

Thoughts please!!! TIA.

I did try them for a couple of sessions. There were quite good. Obviously they don't work you as much as a session in the gym but they do stretch your muscles. I also found them very relaxing too.

I used to go to them with my mum quite regularly and never really noticed a difference - although I was sore the next day! My mum saw a difference. I think it depends on how fit/strong you are to start with. Personally, Id go for a walk and use the voucher on a treatment such as a manicure or pedicure that they can't really get wrong!

Sus, x
