Keep Out Door Sign for kids room?

Any ideas where I can find one? I had one as a child which I hung over the door handle and you could change the sign depending what mood you were in (eg, "keep out!" "come on in" etc). DS1 would love one even though I think DS2 would ignore it!

thanks for that...they are both cool. I shall keep looking around but will keep these ones in mind. Good idea about making one as well although it wouldn't look as good as what I can imagine in my head as I am not crafty at all!
