Maxi-Cosi AXISS..having problems.

I have recently bought the axiss for my ds who is nearly 1 year.I bought it because of the rotate feature but am unhappy with the final seated position.
The seat is installed correctly and was checked fro a suitable fit from the Mothercare store where i purchased it.
When the seat is rotated towards the door i put ds in tighten belt but when i rotate him round to the forward position he seems to be slightly twisted/tilted.
My ds has the same problem whe he puts him in.
Has anybody else found this?
Do you think Mothercare will exchange it for another design as im sure it cant be safe.
TIA.

Hi,

I also have the maxi cosi axiss, and yes when it is the car mine is on a slight tilt.

I think it's because the back of the axiss is flat but the seat in the car is actually curved slightly. I am happy with how mine is fitted (had it checked by mothercare) but I'm not a car seat expert and i would say if you are unsure in anyway, change it. Otherwise it will be niggling away at you all the time.
