Has anyone used this? Forhead i think it's called. I don't usually get many headaches, but have had a few (overheating i think) and am not keen on popping pills all the time.

apparently not that great and expensive too - personally would use kool and soothe sheets - bloody fantastic!

ooh the MIL says' they're fab and she has mega migranes - perhaps it's diff for everyone?

U're not alone with the over heating!

We have it in our medicine box, both my husband and myself use it, we find its fine for slight headaches rather than a banging head.

im ok - me and jess just had a 2 hour kip so feelnig a bit more with it!

toooooooo hot

suzi2 · 23/06/2005 17:43

I've tried it. It's fine for a quick spot of cooling but will not tackle a 'proper' headache. Kool n Soothe sheets are better - but again, the coolness wears off too quick for me. I bought a generic ice/heat pack from my chemist for £3 and use it (frozen) on a sore head.

I think its good to try & stop a headache getting worse - BUT make sure you don't get it in your eyes - stings like mad !

4head - its worked for my DP as he have headaches and he put the 4head on his forehead and works straight away. (he used it for slight headaches but when he have severe headaches he used his tabs)
