I saw this earlier today but you will have to be quick! Never used them so can't vouch for quality etc

I've used PosterXXL before and am happy with their service, but usually wait until I get a special offer in for Canvas. Don't have anything at the mo', sorry.

depends where you are I think - no point someone recommending if you're 300 miles away!

if you google something like "family studio photos" + your location you will find some local studios. I think they all do canvas prints now but you'd have to approach individual ones for prices.
