childrens ski wear sizing question

Hi. I need to buy some cold weather wear for snow (not actually skiing). How does ski wear come up - say salopettes or all in ones/anoraks. Which would you recommend as the best type of these to buy an all in one or seperates?. Is it roomy or tight fitting - I have a biggish nearly 2 year od and a 3.5 year old girl and wondered what sizing I should be looking at or does it vary from range to range. And if anyone has some they want to pass on please let me know as intersted in buying possibly. Thanks

I'd go all in one for younger child but probably a jacket and salopettes for older. Sizes do vary though Dare2be and Trespass go by age and are fairly close to the size, h and m tend to come up a bit bigger, Columbia on the smaller size
