Dash has a flap to keep the rain out which the duo doesn't. I got rid of my duo when everything in it got soaking wet! You can compare sizes at cuteage.com.

LOVE my skip hop dash- tis pink camo and lush! big enough for me to pack everything for a day including cloth nappies!

My DH bought himself the Dash, I think, as 'his' nappy bag etc. in green. Loves it. Lots of room, pockets etc. I'd recommend it.
