Me too. The wind got under one recently, ripped the canopy bit off, it flew away, never to be seen again. I was left with just the handle, standing in the rain. Stupid me kept hold of the handle for some time
There is something called a Nubrella, which is American. It is supposed to be impossible to turn inside out. The bad news is that it costs $60 and the shipping could take a while.
Maybe there is something similar available closer to home? DH seems to remember seeing an advert in "a magazine" but he can't remember which one. Could be Daily Telegraph mag. Anyone know?

Yes, you can get one with vents in it which means it won't turn inside out like this
