Hi there - i just wanted to share that i am really impressed with Britax. We've got a Britax evolva 123 which saw dd1 through and then passed down to dd2 when she outgrew her baby car seat while dd1 got a group 2/3 Britax. The pull strap had become very frayed and when I contacted Britax they said they would replace the strap for £15 if I returned the seat to them. It was back with me within 5 days and looked as good as new - I am rarely impressed with customer service and thought this was worthy of a mention as they didnt try to rip me off and were really fast and helpful.
