does ds lite pen thing work on normal ds?

I imagine it would work.
My dh has a phone with a dibber and he grabs a fork from the cutlery drawer when he can't find it.

The pen is just a plastic stick so, yes, it will work. The only difference is that the DS lite pen is slightly smaller so it probably won't latch into the DS's pen storage hole.
