Think there is an animal noise version of Bingo along those lines . Either elc or Orchard toys iirc.

ds got given one which was a boots own brand "learning through play" series. it is a street game and the noises are those of cars, bicycles, etc. can't find it on their website tho but maybe they only sell it in their shops?

I am sure Waitrose had something that sounds similar to what you are describing.

bigdonna is right, it's Soundtracks (we used to have it and I couldn't remember what it was called!)
