Joules sizing (childrens clothes)?

How is their sizing, compared to Boden (my point of reference for the dcs )? I have a very small 3.5yo (who is mainly in 2-3 Boden stuff).

Get aged 2. Size 3 fits my 3.4 yr old who is tall for her age. Lovely clothes x

Ah. I think they only do age 3 upwards. The things I want (dressing gown, fleece top) are aged 3-5 years.
Guess I'll have to wait until he grows (if he ever does ).

I find it really varies with joules.
Dresses and more tailoured stuff come up really small. (age 3 too small for DD1 at 2.5) but fleeces and polos etc are generous
