have one but with no instructions.
I assume its add water and nuke - can anybody give me any ida how much or how long? thanks

Yup, fill to fill line, nuke for five minutes on a 700 w microwave or 4mns 30 for an 850.

Or do what I did - don't bother, wash everything and stop fretting
