Sorry just realised that is prob 2002.
I did see somewhere yesterday that they have a Special Needs day. Details were here . It's too late for this year but may interest those with children with Special Needs for next year. Prob best getting in touch with Legoland direct for that.
Rambling, sorry. Haven't seen any other deals. Perhaps your friend could be a little more enlightening? If you know someone who has season ticket for Legoland they often get vouchers. Also if your child is a member of the lego club, I believe they get offers too.

Clover (spread) has free child entry per adult. Iceland has it on buy one get one free too!
