IKEA extendable beds.... any good? Advice needed please

Thinking of moving DD into big girls bed, as hers was a cot not cotbed, was going to go straight for single bed.

Then I saw the extendable ones which seem a great idea, starts off at cot bed size then extends to single size.

Have you got one? Which one? Is it any good?
Also wondered do you have to get ikea's own bedding as seem to remember their beds are slightly different size from normal ones. Wondering if a cotbed size sheet would fit the bed in its unextended position?

Phew , lots of questions, any tips most gratefully received.

yes, we bought one 9 years ago from idea and it was well worth it.

I cannot remember the name of it and they prob don't do that particular one any more. We had a normal duvet folded in half so ds slipped in between the 2 halves if you see what i mean. I used ordinary single fitted sheets and just tucked them well in.

Ours is still going strong now.
