If you want a cheaper option try Wilkinsons. We got the inner seat piece which attaches to your normal loo seat - less than £8 and just as effective.

saintgeorgw we have a insert thing for dd2, but she cant do it by herself. plus our toilet seat just broke, so this will suit us better. thank you anyway.

This isn't an insert - it is fastened at the hinge between the main seat and the lid, just like the ones in the pic.

Totally irrelevant now of course since you have a fine reason for buying the complete item
