I need a tin opener

I know it isn't the most exciting thing to buy but can be quite crucial.

I am fed up of buying ones that just don't last.

I will pay for one that is guaranteed to last more than a few months and can go in the dishwasher.

TIA.

I can't help you as we have serious tin opener issues in our house . Therefore I am interested in the responses!

I have just brought a new magican one ($4.99 - tesco) today to replace the existing magican one (although different design) I have had for years and years which doesn't work so well just recently.
Obviously can't comment on the new one yet though.
