pram for running

i want to start running but have an 18mth old toddler and not much childcare. Are there any prams that are good for running with

I used my Nipper to run with. I got the fixed wheel version (not the 360) though as it felt more stable and easier to push whilst running. DD was very comfortable in it and would often fall asleep as I pushed. It lies flat so she could do that without bashing her head etc.
