Baby lambskins - has anyone used one? Especially in a car seat?

DD (6 months) loaths and detests her car seat.

Journeys are a nightmare, mostly for her, but for all the rest of us too.

As my parents live 2 hours drive one way, and the inlaws live 90 mins drive in the other direction, we have to do regular long journeys.

I was wondering if a baby lambskin in the seat would make it more acceptable to her?

Has anyone else found that they do 'calm and soothe' babies (as it says in their adverts)?

sympathy. my dd1 hated her seat, made journeys very stressful. She wouldn't bloody sleep in it either.

Have you tried a mirror that she can see you in? TBH though I tried everything and it got better at about 15 months. No idea why.
