Any idea where to get mattresses of an odd size and ideally without too many chemicals?

We've got an IKEA bed with a smaller mattress than average 200cm x80cm. The current mattress is really uncomfortable and just wondered if anyone knew where we could get a comfy one, ideally without any nasty chemicals. My sil has been reading stuff on the internet about memory foam mattresses being stuffed with chemicals and she has also read that IKEA mattresses are not the best. Not sure if this is just "stuff on the internet" - does anyone know anything about this and could advise where to get green, comfy mattresses? TIA

You could consider an Abaca organic mattress. We have one for a cot, but they can be custom made to any size. A very high quality comfortable mattress, made from natural materials only.
