Boden kids' sizing

The t-shirt I've got my eye on for ds only comes in 3-4 or 5-6. As a smallish 4 year old will the 3-4 be big enough to last a while? Will 5-6 drown him?

How generous are their sizes?

I find the children's sizes on the generous size. The children's stuff from Boden does last pretty well though so if you get the 5-6 and he's drowned in it it should still be good for next year.

OK - I want it to be okay for this year so 3-4 sounds like it'll be fine.
