I want to tone my stomach. How?

I feel so big at the moment and my stomach feels like a sack despite having had DD almost 3 years' ago.

What product is good to tone my stomach? Anyone used one of those roller things?

I have just started doing ten sit-ups morning and night. I can feel it working!

I get DH to sit on my feet so that I do them properly...

Ive been using a vibration plate with a waist twisting plate and its starting to help along with weight loss and lots of walking.

Do some exercise.

Sorry, that was awfully blunt.

What do you mean by roller thing? If you mean an abs cruncher then they're not a great idea.

Do you need to lose weight or just tone up?

I've just got Julie Tupler's book, Lose your Mummy Tummy - just got it today, so can't say if it works yet, but she advises caution with regular abdominal exercises as they can make any post-natal separation of the stomach muscles worse. Other MN-ers have recommended her exercises.
