Problems with stuck on you?

I've just placed an order for labels from stuck on you advertised with Tesco. I now read that people have experienced problems having to pay customs and excise? Is this the norm? I'm cross as this does not seem to but mentioned on their website.

i've ordered from them before and i think the labels come from hong kong... of all places... however the price i paid was the price on the website... hope you get your labels soon!

Thanks Bea. Just had an email to say they are on the way so fingers crossed they land on my mat very soon.
