Bumping this old thread rather than start a new one. Anyone managed to get a buggyboard for the Buzz? That also works in carrycot mode?

None apparently. I did some research including on here. It seems various buggyboards fit when Buzz is forward facing but none when rear-facing or with carrycot on.

We ended up getting a P&T.

I saw your dilemma on some of the old threads flowery. Bugger, can't afford a new pram.

DD will be 3.3 when LO comes along, so should be more than capable of walking, but often just refuses to

Hmmm, am either going to have to sell the Quinny and get a new pushchair, or hope that I can manage with a sling for a while.

We sold ours for about £250 I think it was, a 2007 model with the dreami, then put the money towards the P&T. If you don't have any spare money for a new one would your Buzz get you enough for a fairly cheap second hand something to last you 6 months or so?

Did you sell on ebay? I guess it is probably just worth waiting to see how we get on. Ours was 2007 too I think, a Top Line model too (we got it from a German website). Would be a shame to have to sell it.

Do you think a scooter for DD would help !

flowerybeanbag · 29/03/2010 10:58

Yes, ebay. Scooter good idea, yes. DS1 loves his.

Don't know when you're due but one of the issues for us was that with DS2 due in November, the crucial time when he would have been in the carrycot/rear-facing was all over the winter, so DS1 less likely to want to walk (or scoot!) in terms of the weather. If you're due when it's likely to be nice weather a scooter plus just see how you get on for a couple of months might work.
