Help, Compatible Ink which really is compatible and won't bust the printer

Are there any inks for an Epson Stylus Photo R200 that are just as good as the Epson ones in authentic colour and not damaging the printer? I'm spending £50.00 a month on genuine ink because I had a bad experience with refills...HELP!!

No compatible ink will be QUITE the same IME.

However, I use Choice Stationary and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
