GENTLEOTTER

really?????
whats it like
where did you get it?
how long have you had it?

OP posts:
GentleOtter · 14/08/2009 14:00

No, I don't have the Hamster Num Nums it is the robot guinea pig. Bloody magic.
The new version comes with even better fur plus they do loads of tricks.
I tie dusters to his feet and he dusts scampers round all the dark and spidery bits in the kitchen.
I have had it for two years and am quite attached to him scuttling about. I had issues about having a poop free pet.

GentleOtter · 14/08/2009 18:29

God. It was to get dd used to having a real guinea pig and that robot was so realistic that the proper guinea pig "befriended" it.
You feed them and if you stroke them then they do even more tricks so a hassle free get-used-to-a-pet sort of thing.
But it does make a brilliant job of cleaning difficult bits and it is tough but not waterproof.
Your girls would love one.

TrinityRhinoIsInDetention · 14/08/2009 21:27

now gentle please dont
I would love one but sharing an amazing cute little creature that would need 'love and hugs and I'M IT'S MUMMY' would drive me to distraction

these other hamster things look fun and I can afford one each and then the house and other stuff to share

I just want to hear that they aren't total shit

TrinityRhinoIsInDetention · 14/08/2009 21:46

GentleOtter · 16/08/2009 09:53

www.gogohamster.com/ link to pages where people are enthusing about their go go hamster

DailyMailIsFarFromPerfect · 16/08/2009 10:00

I saw these in the shops for the first time yesterday (but don't have one).

Don't know about ufncationality - but it looks to me that it is a bit analagous to teh Baby Born but in a hamstre shell. They do what hamsters supposedly do...and then of course there is loads of tat accessories you can buy like hamster tubes and allsorts to extend your spending.

Given that it seem to be relatively new to teh market you may get more response in a month or so.
