Lunch boxes for boys...................

I'm fed up of the horrible plasticky "wipe clean" lunchboxes that DS1 and 2 have. They're hard to clean, they smell, and they stain.

So I'm looking for something better for them.

They're 8 (nearly 9)and 5 - so going into years 4 and 1 respectively.

Would like something with a picture on - branded or just random characters is fine suitable for their age but something that looks nice. I don't want to go down the clear plastic tuppaware box route - I'm not that cruel

I'm sure I've seen people linking to decent ones on here.........but

a) I can't find the relevant threads

b) my googling is coming up with absolutely all sorts but not sure what the "recommended" ones were like.

Tescos did some lovely tins last year - ds2 had one through most of reception (until he got bought a Ben 10 trashy plastic one for his birthday ).

The tin ones are very sweet and much easier to clean!
