Best place to buy a new mattress

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a new mattress. Any recommendations for a good place to buy that would stock Hypnos, Staples or Millbroook mattresses?
I know of online sites like dreams, mattressman, etc, but I want to be sure they are going to send me a truly brand new mattress, sealed and all (for hygiene reasons), not a mattress that someone tried and returned.
many thanks.

No idea on the brands you mention, but John Lewis are good for things like this.

Thanks for that. I've considered John Lewis, but they only do their own brand.

Fwiw, we've got JL sprung mattresses on the dcs' beds and spare bed and are very happy with them.

We've also got one of their memory foam ones on our bed which I like but dh doesn't (a memory foam issue, not a mattress quality issue).

We tried a foam mattress once, didn't like it. Ended up buying a good double from these people - bed mattress

John Lewis brand includes some Vi-Spring mattresses, very luxe.
