Want to by ds a new scooter for is birthday,
don't really want a character one and feel he would still need three wheels.
The only one I can find is the Maxi-micro but this is more than I wanted to spend on a scooter really.
Is it really worth it?

Have you looked at the review section on MN?
How old will he be?

Doh!
Just realised there was a whole section on scooters, I had only looked at toys.

Oh wow I'm going to buy one of these. The mini micro is fantastic isn't it? My ds has very poor balance and coordination but has outgrown his mini-micro.

Ds has the mini-micro - Can't recommend it highly enough was thinking of this on amazon for when he outgrows it as same principle and looks like altho heavier should be sturdier too and height adjustable too.

Thanks all.
Onelittlelion thats a really good price. I read the blurb as bobbi board maxi, mum fun for kids, I thought I could get one too, then I realised it was maximum fun

lockets how old is your friends ds? my ds will be 5 but he is big(in 6-7 clothes). I think he would like to look a bit meaner especially as he's scooting round on igglepiggle at the moment!
