Has anyone used Out N About Nipper Single 360 from newborn?

I really like everything about the Nipper Single except for one thing - it doesn't seem to offer very firm support for a newborn's back when in the lying down position as it's really just the fabric.

I know you can get a newborn insert but isn't that just to make it a smaller, more snuggly space? The twin ones seem to have more rigid support and I'm really concerned that the single doesn't have this and I may be harming my baby's spinal development if the support isn't strong enough.

We live in the countryside and walk the dog across fields every day - would prefer an all terrain 3-wheeler and this seems so much lighter than the Phil and Ted's. Would really appreciate any advice!

i would get a Mountain Buggy with the carrycot bit if you are going to be going over rough ground regularly. for longevity of use the MB is pretty much indestructable.
