what is the longest you have left your moon cup in?

i put mine in whilst in the shower yesterday morning and have just remebered about it now!

well sttrangely today - in/emptied after my bath at 9am - totally forgotten about and remembered about an hr ago . It was fine and dandy and obv tailing of now (tmi i know!!)

less than 24hrs, but not much less. end of period when v little left.
