Kids fill in the blanks thank you notes for boys - where can I get some?

Hallo. Just wondered if anybody had bought these recently. You know what I mean. those sheets of notepaper that are preprinted to say DEar .... Thanks for the lovely ..... its great! etc. cannot find any anywhere. 7 year old boy to please. I know I should probly do my own but time is lacking with two other small kids. any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

O moondog Im sorry to hear that. ive got three kids so my time is a little short at the moment. I know its not the ideal scenario but I thought a lot better than nothing?

Can you not just ring and get them to come on the phone?
