Pupabag talk to me about returns

Hi I ordered a footmuff from Pupabag last night but since have read some not very good reviews and for the sake of £5 more have decided to order from Chunklemunkle instead

Now I am a little short on cash and have paid Puppabag already I emailed them this morning about changing my mind and getting a refund but they just haven't replied as of yet

Has anyone dealt with them before is this normal or will they jus completely ignore me and will I have to return it when it arrives

Or can I do anything through paypal to cancel the transaction?

Thanks in advance

I found them to be rude and didn't get back v.quickly and found similar comments from others on MN. I wouldn't buy from them again. If you change your mind you get charged a admin fee which I think was £7! So I ended up keeping mine. I'm assuming this is the same, I thought it was appalling when every other company will freely exchange/return for price of p&p!

balls I knew I shouldn't have ordered from them!!

Might just stick it on ebay then and save some cash

Keep it and sell it on when the weather starts turning colder.

I don't rate Pupabags too much, they look lovely, but the ties are shit and rip off at the slightest tug.

I have loads of her stuff, last one was Very Hungry Caterpillar liners and harness pads, I get sooooooo many compliments on it

mustsleep · 27/07/2009 20:12

Oh I saw one with Very Hungry Caterpillar on it and thought it was lovely ...might have to be next on my list lol

I can't see how to order either the Pul Frank one or the Hungry cat one.... what am I doing wrong

mustsleep · 27/07/2009 20:46

You need to email her cos she makes them per person I think and then she'll ask what colours you want and the lining etc ...so it's completely yours!!

Warning about Pupabag
I just wanted to warn other mums who are thinking of ordering from pupabag; although the products are nice she does not accept returns or give refunds. After following her terms and conditions i still have no refund. I order 3 footmuffs for choice and sent the other 2 back by signed for with royal mail. When i tracked the items it showed still in their system. I emailed ivett Obertelli at pupabag twice with no response to see if she received the items.
After reading other reviews on her; I think she did not accept the parcel on purpose so she did not have to refund me- all seems a bit dodgy!- with all the internet shopping i have done this is the first time anything has gotten lost in the post I will not be doing business with her again.

Wish I'd known all this before I purchased something which as mentioned before by others-seems to also have gotten lost in post.Last Friday a replacement was meant to be shipped however it has still to arrive.I emailed her again yesterday and so far have received no reply...
